Selling your home is stressful – even before you sign on the agent’s dotted line, particularly when a home has been loved, a part of your life for many years, and has so many wonderful memories. It was a really tough decision to sell. A real case of “Love It or List It”. Getting agents in to appraise your home and sell you their own worth and that of the company they represent, is also stressful. We were dreading this part. Added to this of course, are the enormous agent fees – it is not cheap to sell a home! Lauri one of three individual agents we met with. We were instantly impressed with her manner, professionalism, knowledge of the area and down to earth personality.


She was realistic and presented us with options and a sound marketing plan. We felt we could trust her to achieve our goals. We felt confident and comfortable signing with her. Lauri’s communication with us was outstanding, from the start of the process to settlement. We achieved what we wanted within days of signing, and just one ‘off-market’ home open. Her willingness and offers to assist us in any way she could was also outstanding, which included watering our garden and offers to sell our furniture for us (we were interstate once the contract was in place). Lauri presents as an agent who enjoys their profession!  We were on the buyer side of a property sale with Lauri over the Christmas/New Year period.  It was a seamless experience with a very experienced agent who provided a very thorough representation of the property on behalf of the owner.  Lauri and her team also coordinated preliminary project work required by the interstate seller before listing the property in the market.  Lauri had multiple home opens on the same day as ours and still allocated the time for a meeting with us late in the day to table our offer.  If I were to recommend an agent to people in our area, I would definitely recommend Lauri and her team.
