The southern suburbs of Fremantle have such a great story to tell and being lucky enough to live and work in Hilton herself now for over a decade, Lauri just loves telling – and selling – that story!
Originally from Canberra, Lauri sought adventure from an early age, travelling the world and enjoying an exciting career in a variety of sales and marketing roles. In 2008, she returned to WA and was offered an opportunity to experience an entirely new industry; working alongside the dynamic licensee of a local agency, my appetite for all things “real estate” was whet!
In 2012, Lauri obtained her Diploma in Property and, specializing in residential property management and sales, she is now a Licensed Real Estate Agent and the Director and Licensee of C&CO: a small, independent real estate agency, built on transparency and clear communication. That’s it. Her name is on the door and her face is on the sign. Nowhere to hide. What you see is what you get!
With a passion for property and a genuine love for people, Lauri is tenacious and dedicated, hardworking, and professional and brings this energy and understanding to working with you, because she knows that whether it’s your first time buying, your first time selling, or you’ve done it all before – “moving house”, means moving home, and it deserves nothing less.
An avid e-biker with a great sense of humour, Lauri has two adult children and one (light of her life) grandson, and when she’s not busy selling houses or renovating her own, you will often find her enjoying an early morning run with her trusty side kick Bella or sharing a cup of decaf at one of Fremantle’s fabulous local cafés, with her friends and neighbours!
